How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Range depends on the model, rider weight, and terrain. Generally, our bikes offer an estimated range of 30-50+ miles using pedal assist, or approximately 20-30 miles when using throttle only at 20mph.
What is the shipping process for a SUPER73 bike?
Bikes are shipped via freight carriers to ensure safety. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a tracking number, and the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
Do I need a license or registration to ride on the street?
Most SUPER73 models are classified as Class 1, 2, or 3 electric bicycles and do not require a driver's license, insurance, or license plates in most states. However, we recommend checking your local laws regarding e-bike regulations.
What is your return policy for electric motorbikes?
We offer a 15-day return policy for unused bikes in their original packaging. Please note that returns are subject to a restocking fee and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Can I ride my SUPER73 in the rain?
Our bikes are water-resistant to standard splashes and light rain (IP65 rated components). However, they are not waterproof. You should avoid deep puddles, power washing, or leaving the bike submerged in water.
